hao77 Platform Agreement

1Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use any service provided by hao77. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. hao77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any account where the Member cannot demonstrate that they meet the minimum age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The hao77 platform is primarily intended for use by residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to your place of residence. hao77 does not warrant that use of its services is legal in any jurisdiction outside of those explicitly approved by the platform's licensing authority.

2.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent that you are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Registration by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities is not permitted.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold a hao77 account, regardless of age or location:

• Current or former employees of hao77, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or licensed game studios;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the hao77 platform or any affiliated platform;
• Persons who have been permanently banned by hao77 for a prior breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Persons acting on behalf of or in partnership with another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility rules.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each Member may register and maintain only one account on the hao77 platform. If hao77 determines that a Member holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — hao77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit all associated balances and bonus funds, and permanently ban the Member from the platform.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. hao77 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated registration details.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). hao77 may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage after registration, including before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP — Indonesian National ID Card) and, in some cases, a selfie with the ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Acceptance of Terms. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the hao77 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.

4Account Security

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hao77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hao77 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify hao77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. hao77 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon verified notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access hao77.bet is free from malware, keyloggers, or other security vulnerabilities. hao77 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from the compromise of a Member's personal device.

5Deposits

5.1 Accepted Channels. hao77 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional channels may be added at hao77's discretion and will be reflected in the payments section of the platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment channel or promotion. Maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method; current limits are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Confirmation. Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your hao77 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, generally within 3–10 minutes during banking hours. hao77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate withdrawal hold and KYC review.

5.5 Currency. All deposits are received and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hao77 does not apply currency conversion fees. Any FX conversion occurring on the sender's side (e.g., if a Member uses a foreign-currency bank account) is the Member's responsibility.

6Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available only to fully registered Members who have completed any applicable KYC verification requirements. A minimum of one deposit must have been made prior to the first withdrawal request.

6.2 Processing Times. hao77 targets the following processing timeframes after a withdrawal request is approved:

6.3 Withdrawal to Own Account. All withdrawals must be directed to an account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and matching the payment details on file with hao77. Third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of request. Members may contact support to request a limit review subject to satisfactory KYC.

6.5 Withdrawal Holds. hao77 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for the purpose of fraud screening, KYC verification, bonus wagering requirement checks, or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions. hao77 will notify the affected Member and endeavour to resolve the hold within 72 hours.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by hao77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

7.2 Welcome Bonus. New Members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rp 1.000.000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the promotion details. The welcome bonus is available once per member, household, device, and IP address.

7.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are set out in each individual promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are published in the promotions section.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. hao77 actively monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets on both outcomes of an event, systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds with minimal exposure, the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, and coordination with other Members to meet wagering requirements through matched betting arrangements. hao77 reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently ban accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

7.5 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

8Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Integrity. All casino games on hao77 use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by hao77 or the game studios after a bet is placed.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or interruption during gameplay, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the wager refunded to the Member's account. hao77's decision on the treatment of malfunctions is final. hao77 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a technical fault on the Member's device, browser, or internet connection.

8.3 Game Rules. Specific game rules for each title are available within the individual game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules and paytables of any game before placing a wager. Disputes relating to game outcomes will be assessed against the certified RNG logs held by hao77 and its studio partners.

9Sports Betting

9.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and market conditions displayed at the time of placement. hao77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular market activity, data feed errors, or odds compilation errors.

9.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded where: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the settlement window; odds were published in error due to a technical or human error resulting in manifestly incorrect prices; the event's governing body has declared the result null; or a force majeure event prevents the completion of the fixture.

9.3 Live Betting. Live in-play odds are updated in real time. hao77 is not liable for the brief latency between real-world events and the display of updated odds on the platform. Any bets placed during a suspension period — where the market was suspended but a Member placed a bet through a connection delay — will be voided.

9.4 Match-Fixing and Integrity. Bets placed by any person with prior knowledge of a fixed outcome, or by any person involved in the fixing of a sporting event, will be voided and the account permanently banned. hao77 cooperates fully with sporting integrity organisations and law enforcement in such cases.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hao77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and a permanent ban:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotions;
• Colluding with other Members in card games (including capsa susun — Chinese poker — or any other multi-player format) to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using information not publicly available to gain an advantage in sports betting markets (insider information);
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the hao77 platform's software or security systems;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime, fraud, or money laundering;
• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Exploiting any bug or error in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to support immediately and may be forfeited.

11Privacy & Data

11.1 hao77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

11.2 hao77 uses personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications.

11.3 hao77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, game studios (limited to session and technical data), and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

12Limitation of Liability

12.1 hao77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hao77 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hao77's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 hao77 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if hao77 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

12.4 Nothing in this clause shall limit hao77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Suspension & Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure. A Member may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting hao77 support via live chat or WhatsApp. Pending real-money balances (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following satisfactory KYC review.

13.2 Involuntary Suspension. hao77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, hao77 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a material breach is confirmed, hao77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and bonuses. Real-money funds not implicated in any breach will be returned to the Member after deduction of any amounts owed to hao77.

14Responsible Gaming

14.1 hao77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from the account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive pop-up notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the hao77 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

15Amendments

15.1 hao77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice displayed on hao77.bet or via the registered email address or mobile number on the Member's account.

15.2 Continued use of the hao77 platform after the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 13.1.

15.3 The version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute, unless a specific amendment has retroactive effect as explicitly stated in the notice of change.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hao77 holds its international gaming licence. These laws shall apply to all matters arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Member and hao77 arising from this Agreement or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through hao77's internal complaints process by contacting support via live chat or email. hao77 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

16.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by hao77's licensing authority. hao77 will provide the relevant contact details upon request.

16.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
